As
Director of Training, I am very excited about the advancements we are making
in the development of our programs. To me, the biggest benefit to clients of
PTA, Inc., is having access to only the most current and accurate information
available. This information however can mean nothing if our students leave without
retaining much of what they learned. My job is to ensure that our programs are
presented in a manner conducive to adult learning. My education in engineering
and field experience plus my continuing studies in the field of adult education
have enabled me to communicate the "real-world" nature of what we teach. My
personal goal for PTA, Inc. is to develop the best trainers in the industry
while delivering the highest quality training to our clients.
